The nose is immediately suggestive of jasmine, lychee, and honey notes, over a palate rich with citrus peel, lemongrass, apricot and mandarin orange. Classically varietal Gewürztraminer filled with new world joy.
IIt is excellent paired with sushi, sashimi and ginger to offset the wasabi heat. Also great with Thai disses, particullay dry fried curries with prawn.
