TYDY, `The Holy Snail` Sauvignon Blanc IGP Val de Loire

This Sauvignon Blanc is pale yellow in colour with green tints. On the nose there are aromas of grapefruit, gooseberry, pear, fresh lime and a subtle touch of tropical fruit. These bright fruits continue into the palate which is round and fleshy but kept in balance by a vibrant acidity.
